Magomed Mutsolgov, head of the human rights NGO “MASHR”, said the Kavkaz-Uzel that Khamzat Tsechoev, a resident of the village of Plievo, who was detained at night on May 19 in Ingushetia, is accused of keeping weapons. Tsechoev is Mutsolgov’s driver.

Kavkaz-Uzel reported that 33 years old Khamzat Tsechoev was kidnapped by gang members of FSB on May 19 in Ingushetia’s Plievo Municipal District of Nazran.
