Demonstration in Vienna for Disabled Chechen Refugee
Yesterday afternoon (on January 18), Chechen diaspora in Austria has organized a demonstration for Akhmed Chataev who is a handicapped Chechen refugee and under risk of extradition from Ukraine.
According to sources in Austria, the demonstration was organized by Chechen refugees. The protest action of Chechen refugees held in front of Ukranian embassy in Vienna.
The participants demanded to immediate release of Akhmed Chataev. The Chechen refugees chanted slogans for Akhmed Chataev, carried banners and hold flags of Chechen Republic Ichkeria and Austria.
Let’s remember, Amnesty International has asked from Ukranian authorities that Akhmed Chataev must not extradite to Russia!
