House of Local Woman Blown Up in Ingushetia
On June 25, around 3.00 pm in the city of Karabulak in Ingushetia, a powerful explosion happened in the house of Rosa Doskhoeva, a local resident who was born in 1951. There were no victims, but the house was partially destroyed.
Human rights activist Magomed Mutsolgov reported in his blog that “The explosion destroyed one of several structures in the yard of the household in Moskovskaya Street Number 24. By a lucky chance nobody suffered. The structure is completely destroyed and cannot be restored”.
Magomed Mutsolgov connects the explosion with Doskhoeva’s applications to the prosecutor’s office because of regular searches conducted in her house by power agents since 2009. According to Mrs Doskhoeva, during the local power agents’ last search her neighbours also scared a lot. This time around 20-30 masked and armed men in military uniforms and flak jackets forced into the house without a search permission. They were so rude and didn’t explain anything. Their search was go on at least one hour.
During the first search in 2009, power agents told Mrs Doskhoeva that they were looking for Nurdin Abubakarovich Doskhoev, who was born in 1955 and her former husband. Because he was announced into search by the Nazran ROVD (District Interior Division) for knifing a citizen, which happened in the 1990s. However, Mrs Doskhoeva told them she was divorced in 1985 and the last time when she heard something about his husband, he was in Kazakhistan with his relatives and died in 2000. But illegal searches in her house never was give up.
We must add a note that Rosa Doskhoeva’s son was died in a car bombings with another three young men. Probably local power agents belive his son had a relation with freedom fighters. Thus now they try to punish his mother Rosa Doskhoeva with such kind of activities.
