211: Anna (Documentary Movie)
This documentary movie is an examination of Russian journalist and human rights activist Anna Politkovskaya’s death while covering the brutal Russian occupation in Chechen Republic of Ichkeria and Russian President Vladimir Putin. As the anatomy of a murder, “211: Anna” is named for the 211th Russian journalist who died since the Soviet Union’s collapse in Russia. The movie directed by Giovanna Massimetti and Paolo Serbandini.
