The website Djama1at.com has published a video recording the martyrdom (inshaAllah) of Amir Mansur (Arbi Yovmurzayev).

An eyewitness from the Chechen mujahedeen described what happened in his final minutes. He said that four members of their jamaat went to a secret basement where they hid their supplies on February 2. They reached it safely and spent the night there. The following day, they started to go back using the same route that they had come in on. On February 4, they reached the ridge and started to go down the other side. On that side there was an old basement which was used by the mujahedeen. It was abandoned and had already been visited by Russian soldiers. Mansur was ahead the whole time, but at the exit, he stopped and sent two of the mujahedeen forward. Mansur waited for the fourth mujahed to cover his tracks. When the group members finally moved forward five or six feet, Mansur took a few steps ahead to continue the route and stepped on a mine. The first thing Mansur said was “Lailahaillallah! (There is no god, but only Allah!). He repeated it two or three times and after a few minutes, his passed away.

May Allah accept our brave brother’s martyrdom and grant him a place among the shuhada at the highest position in paradise.
