Civilian Abducted in Shali
Local sources have reported that armed Russian invaders abducted a male Chechen civilian in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on August 23 soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry organized a mop-up operation in village of Mesker-Yurt within the Shali district of the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria. As a result, the Russian invaders abducted a male civilian born in 1990. The hostage was accused of providing information about the movements of Russian invaders and their armed local collaborators in 2009.
The fate and whereabouts of the hostage are unknown at the moment.
