Chechen Nutritionist Helps European Healthy Dreams Come True
Asja Tsachigova, a Chechen nutritionist and wellness coach has guided people since 2005 and offers health and weight workshops, lectures and seminars in the Netherlands. Her latest book “Slim&Fit – The Cookbook” will be released on June 15.
Asja Tsachigova is the mother of two daughters, who are 16 and 5 years old. She was born in 1974 in Grozny, Chechnya and grew up there. However, in 2000, due to the brutal Russian occupation in her homeland, she fled to the Netherlands with her daughter. Due to the war and poor living conditions, she was declared terminally ill by doctors. After hearing this shocking news, she went to visit her parents. They picked a book randomly from the bookcase to read for distraction. She couldn’t believe her eyes when she read the title: “Healing Through Healthy Eating and Body Cleansing.” Within half a year, Asja was healed. Her healing inspired her, so she immediately started to study nutrition and devoted herself entirely to gathering more knowledge on the topic. Since then she has done numerous studies and helped thousands of people in the Netherlands. In 2005, she wrote her first book “Slim, Fit and Healthy” and it was published in 2007. Her latest book “Slim&Fit – The Cookbook” will be released on June 15.
“Many people only think about their weight, mostly losing the weight. However, they don’t think about their health. For your health, it is not necessary to be slim. But if you are healthy, it means that your weight is good. With proper nutrition which stimulates the metabolism and digestion, you can quickly be healthy and stay slim and fit. My new cookbook helps you to regain your health with tasty meals,” said Asja.
In her new book, “Slim & Fit – The Cookbook”, Asja shares the different foods in tables according to their function in digestion. The sophisticated composite dishes are suitable for anyone who believes that healthy and good foods are important. The dishes are divided into convenient categories such as salads, soups, vegetables, fish, chicken, meat and vegetarian dishes, desserts, and breakfast and lunch dishes.
