Armed Men Tried to Kidnap a Local Man in Grozny
The website “Kavkaz-Uzel” has reported that unidentified armed and masked men attempted to kidnap a local man in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the testimony of eyewitness Said Umarov, “On December 28, about 8.00am, a black “Lada Priora” without license plates approached a bus stop near the ‘Berkat’ bazaar. Four masked and armed men in military camouflage jumped out of the car. First, they tackled a young tall and thin male who seemed to be 25-27 years old. They then kicked him in the head, back and stomach. While they were trying to force him into the car, some women cried out and took him out of the hands of the armed men”.
It was learnt that the victim’s name is Akhmed and that last year his best friend was killed after being accused of a so-called police officer’s assassination.
On the other hand, the pro-Russian regime’s armed bandits claim that they do not have any information about the incident because no one complained about them.
