Civilian Abducted in Bamut
Local sources have reported that a male civilian was abducted in the Russian occupied Chechen Republic of Ichkeria.
According to the information, on October 15, soldiers from the Russian Interior Ministry and armed bandits from the pro-Moscow regime in Russian occupied Chechen territory organized a joint punishment operation in the village of Bamut, within the Achkoy-Martan district. As a result, a male civilian, born in 1965, waas abducted from his house. The hostage is accused of providing food to members of the Chechen National Liberation Movement in July 2010.
The fate and whereabouts of the hostage are unknown at the moment.
