The Russian prosecutor from the Stavropol region declared that Chechen activist Rubati Mitsaeva’s speech at the European Parliament will be added to the extremist materials list.

According to the report, on April 26, 2011, the district court in Arzgirskogo prohibited an article which was published earlier by Waynakh Online and titled “What is impermissible about our demands?” In fact, it is not an article, but a transcript of Rubati Mitsaeva’s speech at the European Parliament on March 17, 2009 during a conference dedicated to Chechnya.

“One of my assistances who routinely visits internet resources, found this article. At our request, the court examined the article and listed it as extremist material,” said Aleksandr Kozlotsev, the district prosecutor in Arzgirskogo.

Recall that Rubati Mitsaeva is a well-known Chechen activist in Europe, and head of the “Warsaw Committee” which stands up for Chechen refugees, and also tries to create public opinion to return the body of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria’s 3rd President Aslan Maskhadov’s from the Russian state.
